The Marination process!
The recipe is : 1 teaspoon of Ginger juice, 1 teaspoon of Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of honey,
1 tablespoon of Dark Soya sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of corn flour ! its really damn easy =) but i have add some ingredient of my own, like lemon skin and juice, chilli, sugar, pepper, etc ! to make it more MARINATED ! =XX ok lets carry on!
put that "Transparent" thingy over it =)
ready to put inside the fridge !
for one day ! MARINATE ! so it will be more TASTYFUL ! lmao !

put the chicky inside the oven, and grill it ! until it is nicely browned on each side !=)
Starting to cook !
Soon, Five mins later..
kinda browny ! but need to cook for about 5 more mins =)
Sooner ! its ready to Serve !
so i garnish it with lemon with flower pantern, celery top, lime, lemon skin and chilli sauce!
